Tung DoTung began attending SCAC late in his high school years. He embraced Christ in 1991 and was baptized in 1996. He has always had a passion to see young people embrace and follow hard after Jesus. Tung began serving the youth as a counselor in the high school fellowship, New Life, before attending seminary at Multnomah University. In 2005, he returned as the youth pastor for the English congregation. In his spare time, he loves hanging out with his beautiful wife, Julie, watching good movies, reading books, and playing tennis. Steve StaufferSteve has been a Children’s Pastor for more than two decades. Through the years his passion for seeing Jesus transform the lives of children and families has continued to increase. He believes “…it is better to build children, than to repair men and women.” Although his official title is Children’s Pastor, his favorite title is “Dad”! Steve’s son Erick is a gift from God who brings him great joy and keeps him grounded. When not at church, Steve can be found at one of my son’s sporting activities, racing toy HO scale slot cars or hunting for treasures at local thrift stores. |

Adam EckelAdam had the blessing of being raised in a Christian home. Early in his teens, Adam felt called to pursue full-time ministry. He studied Biblical Studies at Trinity Western University, where he met his wife and the mother of their three children. Adam feels called to pursue God’s redemptive plan for multicultural ministries and ultimately help bring God’s Kingdom to these unique environments. Outside of his time at work, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing sports, and quiet evenings with an old book. Email: adameckel@scacseattle.org |
